350-1120Secretary-General Marc Chissano has accepted the resignations of
three members of the High Council: Grand Admiral Georgi Asatiani of the
Combined Fleets, Minister of Justice Rabindranath Chan, and Minister of
Economics Joshua Dahvin.Although the membership of the High Council changes
occasionally as a matter of course, it has been over a century since as many
as three members have left the Council simultaneously. Political analysts
believe that the current changes indicate a significant shift in factional
power at the highest levels of the Solomani government.Ω
