Trane announced today that he will delay his departure from Capital for a few
days, at the personal request of the Emperor. Professor Trane, who specialty
concerns the cyclical nature of historical trends, has been asked to meet
with the Emperor in a closed session at the Imperial departure.Neither the
professor nor the Imperial palace would comment on the nature of this
meeting.Ω
