assassination attempt several weeks ago, remains a matter for speculation.
Solomani officials continue to report improvements in his health, but his
public appearances have been short and infrequent since his recent collapse.
Malikov is always shown seated, and sometimes reads a short statement, but
any improvements in his health appear to be slight.Ω
